Our fitness camps keep the individual in mind as well as the group. We know not everyone is at the same fitness level so our routines include easily modified exercises keeping the beginner to pro challenged and moving!

Before and After pics - Yes they are in order! I'm Krista, one of the owners of Invest in Yourself Fitness Studio and here is my story:
The before picture is me in 2015 - in the best shape of my life! Through my journey, I was able to lose 30 lbs and get my body fat to 30%. I ate right, and I worked out 4-5 times a week. I felt unstoppable! I often ran in races around town and even competed in a Tough Mudder race which is pictured below. In 2016, my life changed drastically and my habits changed to where I ended up gaining 50 lbs. My most recent picture with Goofy can show this. Yikes, it is tough to look at.
Flash to today, I am back on my fitness journey. I attend class at the Studio 4-5 days a week and am currently working to get back into better eating habits. I know I can reach my goals with hard work!The reason I share my story is because I know life has its ups and downs and with that your weight may fluctuate or even get out of control! It can be scary to see those pounds go up and very scary to try something new but have no fear - we have a good group at Invest in Yourself Fitness Studio that is here for support and help you reach your goals.
