"I started my fitness journey in 2013 at a bootcamp in Anchorage. I instantly fell in love with the HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training) style of training and I worked to get into the best shape of my life in 2015 with the help of my personal trainer, Bruce (now my husband!). I have competed in many running events, the Gold Nugget Triathlon and the Tough Mudder 10 mile obstacle course in Seattle. 

My training style is to stay moving, help keep an eye on form and function, motivate clients and of course to have fun!

I believe wellness is a journey and to always challenge yourself. We all have ups and downs in life, the trick is to keep striving to be better then the day before.

By day I am saving the world as Assistant Controller at a local Native Corporation and by night you will find me at Invest helping clients achieve their fitness goals!"
