What can I expect on my first visit?

  • That's a great question! We want you to feel comfortable so, take your coat off and let's get acquainted! After our introductions we would like to know a little about you, nothing to personal, just an idea of how active you have been in the past 3 consecutive months. If you have been mostly inactive for more than the past 6-months, we recommend seeing your physician before beginning any type of exercise routine. Your health and safety is our utmost concern.
  • You will be asked to complete some basic forms regarding your physical history and to think about setting some goals.
  • Then you can join in on the fun! We will introduce you to some of our exercises and routines and modify them if required to suit your fitness needs and goals.

Do I need any special equipment?

  • We have all you need to challenge and change your body! We do ask that you bring a pair of indoor gym shoes - we do not allow outside shoes on our training surface.

Do you have showers and lockers?

  • We are a fitness studio - We do not have showers or lockers. We start early and limit our routines to 40-45 minutes, long enough to give you a great workout and still have time to get back home and ready for the rest of your busy day. 
  • A restroom is available for those who wish to change onsite.

Will I see results?

  • Yes, but remember, everyone responds differently to exercise. Some will lose excess fat very quickly while others may realize a much slower result. We'll keep your routines challenging and fun, and that will keep you motivated and focused. Results are sure to follow
