Fitness Camps!

Attend 3-4 fitness camps a week. These are certified, instructor led camps which get your results!

Stay Moving!

Complete two outside activities weekly. This can be a hike, walk, bike ride, fishing...the exercise choice is yours! Take a pic of your activity and tag us on Facebook for bonus points!

Eat Right!

The goal is to reduce sugar and fat intake. A meal guide is included with the challenge.

Challenge Details

Assessment

Your challenge will start and end with a fitness assessment. The goal is to improve your assessment by the end of the challenge.

  • Weigh in
  • Measurements
  • Body Fat %
  • Squat, Push-up, Plank, Burpee counts

*Existing clients, the challenge is included with your current membership!

Exercise

  • Your challenge will include unlimited access to our fitness camps. You are encouraged to attend at least 3 per week to get the best results.
  • Stay moving outside the Studio with 2 (or more!) outside activities a week. Take a picture of your adventure and tag Invest for bonus points!  

Nutrition

  • Keep a food journal
  • Use our meal guide to help you make wise food choices.

Weight loss is 80% diet!
